How do I assign a new policy document to a readiness project

Whenever I click Infosec Program / Policies I get a list automatically filtered by our readiness project. I have added a few documents to our policy list, but they lack the association to the readiness project. So they never show up when I click Policies. How do I associate the new docs with the readiness project?
